U.E.C. has been in business over 15 years and still handles its ORIGINAL customers. The owners of U.E.C., Lisa Giaquinto and Thomas Papa, were originally and still are in the waste hauling business. When we started our company the first thing we addressed were the reasons we did not like doing business with management companies as a waste hauler. The two main issues we had were payment terms and dealing with people who did not have knowledge of the industry. Both of these issues were corrected on our part. This in turn fixes it so that all of the waste haulers want our business because they know we understand their needs as well as "yours".
